Originally a grade II listed farmhouse with stunning original flint gable ends.
The challenge was to try and create a modern yet sympathetic residential space fit for living in.
This presented numerous issues in the conversion particularly with the fabric of the building which had been changed so much over the years so as to become in places unstable.

The results can be seen below a stunning gated development of six flats with parking in the centre of Eastbourne.
